Today read a rather interesting article. It talked about there are 4 faces of the man of God in the book of Ezekiel: a lion, an eagle, a man and an ox. The ox is about persverance. It plods all day long from morning to evening. If you are familiar with Job (in the bible) he went through quite alot but perservered through it all focused on the end goal not the intermediate circumstance. One problem we go through life is wanting alot of it now ! the fame the money the success. A good example of how impatient we have all become is even in the advertising for various services ... services for your car while you wait. However as they say life does not work that way.
So this article went on to talk about Courage and it being a special kind of knowledge which you use to know what to fear and how not to fear what shouldn't and its from this one can draw an innner strength to push on in great difficulty and make what may seem impossible ....possible.
My take away was do what you are doing and need to do in getting that idea or business off the ground or working through on that difficult essay or planning for that big event .... plod on like the ox continuously and you will get through the tough ground and finish "tilling the land" so that you can reap the rewards of your hard work. And don't worry about getting there in a hurry !
